Claypot Rice
Ingredients:
• Dancing Chef Meat Marinade
• Chicken (cut into pieces)
• Chinese Wine (Shaoxing Wine)
• Spring Onion
• Rice
• Water
• Ginger
• Shallot
• Garlic
• Cooking oil
• Dark Soy sauce

Meat Marinade
1.    Marinate chicken pieces with Meat Marinade paste and Chinese wine for ½ hour.
2.    Put Ginger, Garlic, Shallot and 3 tbsp of Cooking oil in rice cooker. Fry for ½ minute.
3.    Cook rice as usual.
4.    When the rice is half cooked, stir in the chicken, continue to cook until done.

To Serve
1.    Cut the spring onion into small pieces, lightly fry with 2 tbsp of cooking oil.
2.    Mix with dark soy sauce.
3.    Pour over the cooked rice, mixed well and serve
