Soy Bean Chicken
Dancing Chef Soybean paste       
Mince pork or chicken       
Chilli chopped               
Garlic chopped           
Onion sliced               
Corn flour               
Dark soysauce

Stir Fry Soybean Paste
1. Heat wok, fry onion, garlic and chilli in oil.
2. Add in mince meat, fry till almost cooked. Put in 1 packet of Dancing Chef Soybean paste, dark soysauce and ½ cup of water.
3. When cooked, stir in corn flour (mix with 1 tbsp of water) to thicken the sauce.
4. Serve with Hakubaku Udon.

To prepare Hakubaku Udon noodles:
1. Cook Hakubaku Organic Udon in rapid boiling water for 10 minutes (salt or oil is not needed).
2. Drain, then rinse well with cold water. Drain again.

Hint: To reheat, briefly submerge in hot water.

Tip: To serve 1 packet of Hakubaku Udon noodles must make more sauce by add more water, thicken with cornflour.
