Sweet and Sour Pork
Ingredients:
Dancing Chef Sweet & Sour Sauce       
Frozen Fish Fillet (Sutch fish fillet)           
Tomato                         
Cucumber                       
Onion                         
Water                        
Cooking coil

Sweet and Sour Sauce
1.    To make Batter, mix 3 tbsp Plain Flour, ½ tbsp Potato Flour, a pinch of salt and paper. Then add water to make into a thick paste.
2.    Dip fish fillet in batter. Dip fry till golden brown. Put aside.
3.    Heat oil in wok. Add in Onion, Tomato and Cucumber, stir quickly. When the wok is hot pour in Sweet and Sour Sauce and water.
4.    Put fire on high heat, when the sauce is piping hot, pour over fried fish and serve.
