Prawn and Pineapple Curry
Ingredients:
Dancing Chef Red Curry Paste   
Cooking oil               
Prawn               
Tomato                 
Fresh pineapple (cut into pieces)   
Coconut milk           
Water               
Kaffir lime leaves

Red Curry Paste
1.    Heat oil in wok. Put in Dancing Chef Red curry paste. Fry for 10 seconds.
2.    Add in water, when boiling add in Prawns, Pineapple, Tomato, Coconut milk and Kaffir lime leaves.
3.    When prawn is cooked, serve with rice.
