Steam Boat
Ingredients:
Chicken           
Pork bones           
Water               
carrot               
Onion               
Sweetcorn           
Salt

Suki Dipping Sauce
1.    Chicken and pork bones cut into big pieces. Boil in boiling water for 1 minute.
2.    Discard the water. Wash the chicken and pork bones again.
3.    Boil 3 liters of water in a pot. When the water boils, add in carrot, onion,sweetcorn ,chicken and pork bones.
4.    Simmer for 1 hour. Add salt to taste.
5.    Pour the soup in the steamboat pot, and cook steam boat as usual.

Tip: Use Dancing Chef Suki sauce for dipping. Add in Dancing Chef Suki sauce with 2 tbsp of roasted sesame seeds and 2 tbsp of chopped coriander, mix well.
