Tom Yum Seafood Soup
Ingredients:

Seasoning:

  1. Remove the outer skin from lemon grass, cut into thin slices. Peel and slice galangal.
  2. Clean squid and drain dry. Cut the squid with light criss cross into pieces. Clean the prawns, remove shells and veins, wash and pat dry.
  3. Slice fresh tomato lengthwise into 6 pieces.
  4. Add Ingredients (A) in the pot. When boiled, turn down the fire, simmer for 5 minutes, then add Ingredients (B), when cooked add in lemon juice.
  5. Garnish with chopped coriander, serve it piping hot.
