Balti Butter Chicken
Ingredients:

Dancing Chef Butter Chicken Paste    
Chicken Pieces 
Ghee   
Butter  
Plain Yogurt 
Whipping Cream  
Onion – chopped
Water  
Coriander -  chopped to garnish

Butter Chicken Paste
To Prepare
  • Marinate chicken pieces with Butter Chicken Paste.
  • Heat Ghee in cooking pan, fry onion till soft. Then add in chicken, stir fry for about 5 minutes.
  • Add in water, simmer till chicken is cooked. Then stir in yogurt and cream, bring to a boil. Dish out, garnish with coriander and serve with naan or rice.
