Chicken Korma
Ingredients:

Dancing Chef  Korma Paste   
Chicken pieces 
Yogurt 
Green Chilli – coarsely chopped  
Ginger – grated  
Onion – chopped 
Water

Toasted almond slice and coriander sprig to garnish.
 
Korma Paste
To Prepare
  • Marinate chicken with Korma Paste
  • Heat oil in cooking pan, fry ginger and onion till fragrant.
  • Add in chicken pieces, stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
  • Add in water, simmer till chicken is cooked. Then stir in yogurt.
  • When the sauce is piping hot, dish out, garnish with almond and coriander, serve with rice.
