Chicken Tikka Masala
Ingredients:

Dancing Chef Tikka Masala Paste 
Chicken pieces
Plain Yogurt 
Whipping Cream  
Ghee or Butter 
Cooking Oil 
Ginger – cut thin strips
Garlic  - chopped 
Water

Tikka Masala
To Prepare
  • Marinate chicken pieces with Tikka Masala paste.
  • Heat cooking oil in pan, fry ginger and garlic till fragrant.
  • Add in chicken and ghee, fry for 5 minutes.  Add water. Simmer till chicken is cooked.
  • Stir in yogurt and cream, cook till the sauce is hot. Serve with Naan or rice.
