Laksa Paste Laksa is a popular noodle soup from Peranakan culture, which is a merger of Chinese and Malay elements, found in Singapore and Malaysia. Our version of the local favourite makes an aromatic and spicy broth. The paste also makes a wonderful dish when cooked with vegetables.
