Chicken Rice
Ingredients:
Dancing Chef Chicken Rice Paste
Chicken whole small size
Ginger
Spring Onion (Do not cut)

3-4 stalks
 
Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste
1. Rub Dancing Chef Chicken Rice paste over the chicken, marinate for 1 hour.
2. Put ginger slices and spring onion in chicken stomach, then steam the chicken till cooked.
3. Cut into pieces when the chicken cooked, serve with rice.
