Stew Chicken
Ingredients:
Dancing Chef Chicken & Mushroom Soup        
Chicken                        
Carrot                              
Onion                              
Potato                              
Black peppercorn                    
Cooking Oil                        
Water    
 
 2 sachets

Cream of Chicken & Mushroom
1.    Cut chicken into pieces.
2.    Cut carrot, onion and potato into cubes. Cook carrot and potato in water till soft. Put aside.
3.    Heat cooking oil in pot, fry onion for ½ minute.
4.    Put in chicken, stir fry for 1 minute.
5.    Add in cooked carrots and potatoes.
6.    Add in Water and Black peppercorn.
7.    When boil, turn down fire and simmer till chicken is cooked.
8.    Stir in 2 sachets of Dancing Chef Chicken and Mushroom soup, when the gravy thickens, serve hot.

Tip: If the sauce is too thick, add in some water.
